About
The Club

The Payneham Cricket Club, established in 1868 and a founding member of the Adelaide Turf Cricket Association, is a proud community based club which promotes family and community values, multi-culturism, sportsmanship and fair play and welcomes players of all ages, genders and abilities.

We have sides playing in senior men’s and women’s and in junior boys’ and girls’ competitions.

The Club’s home ground is Payneham Oval which is in the leafy eastern suburb of Payneham only 6 kms from the city centre. We enjoy outstanding playing, training (turf and hard wicket) and social facilities. The change rooms (both men’s and women’s facilities) and well-appointed clubrooms were redeveloped in 2019. There are also playground facilities within the Payneham Oval precinct.

Our Club is always welcoming of new players at both senior and junior level.
